We stay close the whole way. Your coach writes your plan, listens to every weekly recording and gets back to you within 24 hours, and compares your first recording with your last at the end. Whatever we can do to get you there, we do.
Every program includes a written plan, feedback on your weekly recording within 24 hours, the members’ community, and a before-and-after review at the end. Sprint is paid in full before session 1. Intensive can be split into $3,000 before session 1 and $4,500 before session 5. White-Glove can be split into $4,800 before session 1 and $7,200 before session 5. No interest, no markup.

A particular accent, test score, or job. Anyone who promises those is guessing. Your practice between sessions is the other half.
Questions we get asked
What if I’m not making progress?
We hear your recordings regularly, and every plan is built around you, so we notice early and adjust. If you’re not prepping for a specific event, we can keep working with you past the standard track.
What’s different about White-Glove?
You come first. Priority scheduling, the most sessions, and the most feedback between them. If something comes up, like an interview moved up a week, we move everything else to make room for you.
What happens when the program ends?
You stay in the members’ group. People share resources and practice together, and alumni who’ve been through the same interviews, internships and first jobs are there to give advice.
When do I pay?
Nothing is paid before the free call. If you go ahead, we send the payment details afterward, and your spot is held once the first payment arrives. Intensive and White-Glove can be paid in parts.
If you decide to go ahead after the free call, we send an invoice in US dollars. Full packages are paid by bank transfer: ACH in the US, or an international wire (your bank’s sending fee is yours, and we need to receive the full invoice amount). Deposits and add-ons can go by Zelle when the amount fits your Zelle limit. If none of those work for you, we send a card payment link, and we cover the card fee, so there is no surcharge. Your spot is held once the first payment arrives. Intensive and White-Glove can be paid in two parts, as shown above. Details: refunds and payment terms.
What if I change my mind?
Change your mind before your first session and you get a full refund. If it turns out to be the wrong fit, tell us within 48 hours of session 1 and we refund what you paid minus the value of that first session. After that, packages are non-refundable, with two exceptions: if we can’t deliver, you get a pro-rata refund, and if something serious happens you can pause for up to 60 days.
Reschedule for free with 24 hours’ notice. Use your sessions within 10 weeks (Sprint), 16 weeks (Intensive) or 20 weeks (White-Glove). Full terms: refunds and rescheduling.
Can my parents pay? Can we do the call in Chinese?
Yes and yes. The whole call can be in Chinese, and parents are welcome to join. There’s a page just for them: 给家长.
